PressQuoteProduct page

Privacy

Your customer PDFs stay on your Mac.

PDF processing

PressQuote reads only the PDF files or folders you select. The current native build performs hashing, page-box inspection, bounded rendering and report generation locally. It does not upload documents, require an account or modify source PDFs.

Portable exports

When you export, PressQuote writes CSV, JSON, Markdown and PDF reports plus a receipt and checksum manifest to the folder you choose. The bundle includes source filenames and SHA-256 hashes but intentionally omits absolute source paths.

Website and checkout

This website may produce ordinary server access logs. Purchases are processed by Polar as merchant of record under its own privacy terms. Shipmac receives the purchase details needed to deliver and support the app; payment-card details are not handled by the app.

Diagnostics

No analytics SDK or automatic crash-reporting service is enabled in the current app build. A sample PDF you voluntarily send to Shipmac will only be used to investigate the issue you reported.

Changes

This policy will be updated before release if PressQuote adds an optional network service, diagnostics provider or checkout processor.

Website analytics

This website loads Google Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. When enabled, Shipmac measures page visits, the product hostname and checkout starts; it does not send files or content processed by the Mac app. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics choices.
